Non-Needle Acupuncture Techniques

LED & Laser Therapy:
LED light and low-level laser are used to increase energy, relieve pain, resolve acne and cosmetically to reduce wrinkles and improve the tone and quality of the skin. Specific wavelengths stimulate production of cellular energy and promote the flow of energy in the acupuncture channels to help regenerate cells, decrease pain, reduce inflammation and improve circulation. Laser acupuncture is especially helpful to treat children and adults with a needle phobia. We also use laser for scar tissue.

E-Stim Therapy:
This treatment uses micro- or millicurrent to send small, painless electrical signals through acupuncture channels to stimulate the flow of energy. Different frequencies are used for conditions such as inflammation, tissue repair, pain relief, and healing of scar tissue.

Shoni Shin:
Shoni Shin is a Japanese style of acupuncture channel therapy that involves using small tools on the surface of the skin to stimulate energy flow in the channel. This painless technique is commonly used on children.
